Poch Ambiental requested AAE a comprehensive evaluation to provide due diligence services related to environmental, social, health and occupational safety aspects for the Talas de Maciel Wind Farm Project. The objective of the Due Diligence process is the identification of environmental and social risks and gaps of the project, according to different international and national standards, prior to the financial closure of Cadonal with CAF and DNB Group.
Main tasks
- Preparation of a matrix for checking guidelines according to the list of standards to be reviewed;
- Preparation of a list of information request that will be sent to Cadonal;
- Matrix report on the verification of social and environmental components, according to the standards considered in this Due Dilligence;
- Review of the information provided by Cadonal regarding the matrices prepared for each of the standards;
- First Draft Delivery: Matrix check report cabinet review;
- Verification in the field of compliance information and gaps (with specialists);
- First Draft Delivery: Matrix verification report land review;
- Final identification of compliance with standards and gaps;
- Identification of risks associated with each gap;
- Final Report Delivery.
